Bawcock Consulting prides itself on "grass roots" project management. The way we manage projects is not as prescribed in a 1-week training course but through experience of feet-on-the-ground management of projects.

Project Management, we critically look at projects and understand what is the crucial net outcomes. This is then used in conjunction with available resources to plan out key deliverables in order to meet to goals of the project. Whilst we practice this "grass roots" project management we are not blind to those practices from PRINCE-2 or Scrum. We implement these processes where appropriate rather than blindly as was taught.

Every project, team, customer is different. Genuine project management requires sympathy to all of these factors to allow for a lean and cohesive delivery.
